A Delegation of Sri Lankan Electronics and Electrical Companies to Visit ‘Tenaga Kuala Lumpur Exhibition 2018’ and Singapore between July 16 -21

The Sri Lanka Export Development Board is organizing exposure visit cum one on one business meetings in Malaysia and Singapore with the assistance of High Commissions of Sri Lanka in Malaysia and Singapore from 16^th -21^st July 2018 with the participation of 6 electronics and electrical sector companies in Sri Lanka. Business networking meetings in Malaysia and Singapore will be organized with the assistance of High Commissions of Sri Lanka in Malaysia and Singapore.

The Sri Lankan delegation will visit ‘Tenaga Kuala Lumpur Exhibition 2018’, one of the leading trade fairs for Electricity and Electronics industry in Southeast Asia.

The main objective of this programme is to meet prospective partners for possible Joint Ventures, to find new contacts and new markets, to enhance business relations with existing contacts, explore Malaysia and Singapore Electronics and Electrical markets and new trends in technology and innovation, and to export certain components to Electronics & Electrical Sector in Malaysia and Singapore to increase Electronics and Electrical sector exports to Malaysia and Singapore from US $ 8.5 million in 2016 to US $9.5 million by 2019.
