The Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB) with the assistance of the Sri Lanka Embassy in Thailand proposes to organize Sri Lanka's participation at the "60th Bangkok Gem & Jewellery Fair 2017, to be held from 06th to 10thof September 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Through organizing a Sri Lanka Country pavilion, we intend to showcase Sri Lanka's strengths and capabilities as a leading sourcing destination for quality gem & jewellery and to further enhance Sri Lanka's gem and Jewellery exports to Thailand.
The Bangkok Gem & Jewellery Fair is Asia's leading trade show for the gem & jewellery industry, provides an outstanding platform for Thai and international companies to display their latest creations. The show will provide an opportunity for Sri Lankan gem and Jewellery companies to build business networks with the world's major gem and jewellery buyers and importers. The 59th Bangkok Gem & Jewellery Fair held in February 2017 attracted around 17,000 international visitors.
