Fish Rolls

Fish Rolls are another favourite Sri Lankan snack. Fish spiced and sautéed with onions and vegetables, then wrapped in pancake, bread crumbed and deep fried, cooled, then blast frozen for storage. Preservatives are not added.

Vegetable Rolls

As the name implies, the pancake filling consists of a sautéed mix of vegetables, then bread crumbed and deep fried. The blast frozen. Preservatives are not added.

Just reheat as recommended for consumption. Use of tomato ketchup is recommended for added enjoyment.
