Vegetable Stuffed Roti

Traditionally, the vegetable roti is triangular in shape. A Roti is a thin sheet of dough. It is used to wrap a spiced sautéed mix of vegetables and grilled on either side till the Roti is well cooked and deep frozen. Preservatives are not added.

Fish Stuffed Roti

The Fish Roti contains a spiced and sautéed mix of fish with onions and some vegetable added to enhance the flavour. The mixture is placed on a thin dough sheet and wrapped in a rectangular shape, then grilled. Preservatives are not added.

Reheat as instructed on cover, and you get a typical Sri Lankan snack.  As always, tomato ketchup will certainly help tickle the taste buds a little more. Two types of packing are available:
