Roast Bread
The traditional bread dough, but with reduced leavening is made into a flatter, square shape and lined up in a large pan, one against the other for baking. The individual units are then separated and baked once again to achieve the crusty outer layer that goes so well when enjoyed with a spicy curry - a typical Sri Lankan innovation.
There are two types – the larger and somewhat thicker Pan Bread that is a little softer.

Pan Bread
The other is the typical Roast Bread with a relatively harder crust.

Boxes per carton : 12 (8.28 kg)
Storage : Frozen product (-180C)
Both products are blast frozen. Preservatives are not added. Reheat as instructed for consumption.
