White kernel of the coconut is granulated into small particles and dried by using automatic dryers or traditional dryers to obtain high quality Desiccated coconut. The total manufacturing process is carried out in ISO and GMP certified facilities under stringent quality control procedures. Furthermore, the total production process is strictly monitored by the state regulatory body “Coconut Development Authority of Sri Lanka”.
