Work Area
To assist and advice the Board and the EDB Functional Divisions on legal aspects relating to the work of the EDB, which includes: the preparation of agreements, contracts, bonds, covering:
- Personnel including Consultants
- Loans, grants and other forms of assistance to exporters
- Legal aspects relating to export related projects implemented in Sri Lanka/Overseas
- Provision of advice on commercial aspects of exports
